Everything under one roof
Many clients on a case-managed pathway need more than weekly physiotherapy — they need massage therapy to manage tone or soft tissue restriction, Pilates-based rehab to rebuild core strength and control, and sometimes speech & language therapy alongside their physical rehab. We house all of this in one Hounslow clinic, so your client isn’t being passed between four different providers with four different diaries and four different invoices.
  • Musculoskeletal physiotherapy — back, neck, shoulder, hip, knee, post-operative and sports injury rehab
  • Neurological physiotherapy — stroke, spinal cord injury, Parkinson's, MS and other complex neuro presentations
  • Massage therapy — delivered by qualified physiotherapists or physiotherapists-in-training, integrated into the wider treatment plan rather than run as a separate service
  • Pilates & Tai Chi — clinical, rehab-focused classes and 1:1 sessions for strength, balance and control
  • Speech & Language Therapy — out-of-house, for clients whose neurological presentation includes communication or swallowing needs
  • Geriatric physiotherapy — for older or more medically complex clients
Some clients are ready to travel to us; others need treatment in their own home, especially early after discharge or where mobility, transport or fatigue is a barrier. We offer both from the same clinical team, so continuity of care isn’t lost when a client transitions from home-based rehab to clinic-based sessions (or vice versa).
Our neurological physiotherapists work closely with neuro consultants and are experienced in the kind of complex, slow-burn rehabilitation that case-managed neuro clients often need. Our MSK team covers the full range of orthopaedic, post-surgical and sports-related presentations. Where a client’s presentation crosses over — as it often does after trauma — we don’t need to refer out; we manage it internally.
We provide written quotations ahead of authorisation, clear assessment reports with goals, timescales and recommended treatment, and progress reports aligned to the SMART goals agreed with you. We can attend MDT meetings and case reviews where needed, and we’re comfortable with the documentation standards that medico-legal and insurance-funded cases require.

At Physio Health Therapy Ltd, we ensure fair competitive pricing. We do not charge for the seamless communication you will be able to have with the treating physiotherapist, the extra calls our physiotherapist will make to ensure the client/their carer/families are in the loop when it comes to their rehabilitation. 

We will go that extra mile, as per our company values – thorough, caring and friendly. We have a lead physiotherapist in charge of the case management clients, and will ensure you are not having to chase things up as you already have enough to chase up! Our delicate administrative team are dedicated to invoicing on time, correctly and we staying within budget!

How referring a client works

  • Call, email or complete the enquiry form with the client's presentation and any authorisation details
  • We confirm the right clinician for the case — MSK, neuro, or a blended approach — and offer a written quotation same day where possible
  • Initial assessment is arranged in clinic or at the client's home, with case managers welcome to attend
  • You receive a written assessment report covering findings, goals and the proposed treatment plan
  • Ongoing treatment is delivered in clinic, at home, or a mix of both — with progress reports issued at agreed intervals
