How the process works:
If you have a claim number…
We’ll just need your claim number, your insurance policy number and some of your personal details – name and address etc.
With this information we can invoice the insurance companies directly.
Key things to note:
We wish this wasn’t the case, however for us to continue to run we cannot give out free sessions otherwise we cannot continue to help others. Hence in your booking email we ask you to get a written letter/download a document from your online portal of the sessions you’re entitled it. We know it just feels like extra steps and makes the process a bit longer, but it protects you being left with the bill! Our offices check these letters so you can make an informed decision on how you’d like to proceed.
If you do not have a claim number…
Certain employers give their staff a healthcare allowance each year. Usually their systems work the same as traditional insurers: so, we’d ask you to make the payment for the sessions. You then request an invoice from us and claim your money back from your employer.
