At Physio Health Therapy Ltd, we understand that self-funding your rehabilitation can be costly – especially due to the cost of living crisis. Hence we have ensured that we are recognised by most insurers.

How the process works:

If you have a claim number…

We’ll just need your claim number, your insurance policy number and some of your personal details – name and address etc.

With this information we can invoice the insurance companies directly.

Key things to note:

We wish this wasn’t the case, however for us to continue to run we cannot give out free sessions otherwise we cannot continue to help others. Hence in your booking email we ask you to get a written letter/download a document from your online portal of the sessions you’re entitled it. We know it just feels like extra steps and makes the process a bit longer, but it protects you being left with the bill! Our offices check these letters so you can make an informed decision on how you’d like to proceed.

If you do not have a claim number…

Certain employers give their staff a healthcare allowance each year. Usually their systems work the same as traditional insurers: so, we’d ask you to make the payment for the sessions. You then request an invoice from us and claim your money back from your employer.

Key bits to note:

You will need to email info@phtherapy.rehab to request a invoice
You need to allow 24-48 hours for invoices to be processed
Do not leave using your allowance till the last minute, or sending invoices off to claim back to the last minute or the day before. Our admin team works part time, so the invoicing process will usually take 24 – 48 hours.

As a small business we want to ensure that we serve you with the smoothest process possible. We are an independent practice and a small team – that’s what makes us so personable. We try to be as flexible as possible, and understand that you live busy lives and have tight schedules. So we have tried to make our bookings process as efficient as possible. See below the process.

Whichever method you use, state your problem so we can book you in with the best physio to treat your injuryand State if you are an insurance client who has an authorisation code or if you require an invoice

You will then be asked to send us your email address

You will receive an email from us, asking you to:Fill out a form with your personal details ahead of the appointment Provide a letter from your insurance company (if required)Make payment (if required)

Once we receive this information you’re receive an email which will confirm your appointment is booked

You will get a reminder via email the day for your appointment so look out for it
