Our lead neurological physiotherapist has over 6 years of experience working with people with strokes and other neurological conditions. She has also worked with people post surgery and only now sees very complex post surgery clients. Sabrina has worked in the NHS hospital setting at the start of her career before shifting across to the private world. Thus, she has worked closely with OT’s, SALT, Clinical Psych and Nurses and Doctors. Sabrina is also a Pilates and therapeutic Tai Chi instructor. She uses these interventions in her treatment as well as doing individual and 1:1 sessions.
Alongside working at ph.therapy Sabrina does some charity work in her local community to increase the health literacy of the everyday person and to help to put on exercise classes to keep people fit and healthy.
Sabrina herself likes to keep active, you’ll find her in the gym, a few days a week, swimming, boxing, Pilates weekly and hiking monthly. She is hoping to run a marathon next year so if you get to meet her ask her about it.
Favourite genre of music: as you can see Sabrina likes to try and do it all, so you can imagine she does not have a favourite genre but she does have a sweet soft for alternative R’n’B and Jazz.
