The clinic is currently located on Lampton Road, just opposite Hounslow Central tube station. Is it easy to get to from most places, based in, Allure, the hair and beauty salon.
We have toilet facilities inside and a waiting area if you’re a bit early. If you’re super early there is a cute coffee shop a couple of shops down, that you can get a quick cuppa in.
For Pilates, we operate from a residential area a 7 minute walk away from the clinic, where there is free parking should you need it. This is to create the right atmosphere for Pilates, giving you enough space and peace to move and flow.

Yes we do. And it is entirely up to you, even if you are able to come into the clinic but would prefer for your sessions to be in the comfort of your own home, we can accommodate for your preference.

In the UK, you can only call yourself a physiotherapist if you are qualified. All of our physiotherapists are therefore physiotherapists, unless they are massage therapists or physiotherapy assistants.
All physiotherapists in the UK have to be HCPC registered. Additionally, all ph.therapy physiotherapists and physio assistants are also part of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy which means that they are governed and have to adhere to specific rules and regulations to ensure that they offer the best service available.
If you’re an insurance client, we will ensure on your invoice the name and the HCPC number of the Physiotherapist is there, as we know when claiming back from work or your private healthcare insurance they tend to ask for these details.
We are recognised by Axa, Aviva, Alliance Healthcare, Bupa, Haelix and Vitality. If the insurance company you are part of is not listed here, please still give us a call as we may be able to still help you – (Our list may not be updated or you may be able to claim back from your insurer by providing them an invoice from us)

Yes, though only on request. You may have to wait 24-48 hours after payment to receive this, so please do not wait until the day or day before your work or health insurance renewal date to request an invoice.
We will try our best to get them to you soon, the nicer you are to our admin staff the more likely they will try to accommodate your rapid request. We’re only human too and want to serve you best, so please treat us how we treat you.
You have a couple of options:
To give you the best preferred time for your appointment we would recommend that you book in advance – we have great physiotherapists there so their diaries are normally quite busy. The sooner you contact us, the more flexible we can be.
We operate on a prepayment basis for appointments – allowing you to focus on getting your money’s worth for every second of your session.
