Hi, Hallo, Hola, Namaste, Kem Cho, ਸਤ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਅਕਾਲ, salam malek kum

I am Sabrina. Born and raised in Hounslow, West London. 

When I was 12 years old I lost both of my grandads 6 weeks apart. No one in my family was medically trained. Had they been, maybe my grandad’s would have been around to see me create a physiotherapy practice, with clinicians who help each person that walks through the door like it were their grandad, grandma, mother, father, brother or sister. 

We are a growing team, with our sole aim to help and educate the local community on their bodies, as well as guiding them to become the healthiest/best version of themselves. 

We have specialist physiotherapists, massage therapists and Pilates instructors for you all. Come and become part of our journey to fight against ill health.
